The present article is dedicated to reporting codicological errors; therefore, we have examined components such as registration and numbering, name of copyist, date of copying, number of illustrations, and the count of folios and lines as described in specialized and composite catalogues. Bearing in mind that researchers and editors are inevitably required to consult catalogues, the correction of these errors and mistakes becomes necessary. Through this study, the preparation of a revised inventory of the manuscripts of Shahanshahname becomes possible, and the textual description and codicological research on it gain credibility. In this research, a descriptive-analytical method with a comparative approach has been employed. To this end, we first gathered and recorded the codicological components of each manuscript from the specialized and composite catalogues. Then, relying on images of the manuscripts, we verified each component in order to identify the incorrect items. To organize the research, we classified these items based on codicological components and presented each under the respective component with the manuscript’s details. While correcting, we also endeavored to trace the origins of the errors. در فهرست‌نگاری دست‌نویس‌های شاهنشاهنامۀ صبا، سهو و لغزش‌هایی در هر دو بخش نسخه‌شناسی و متن‌شناسی به چشم می‌آید. جستار پیشِ‌رو به گزارش خطاهای نسخه‌شناسی اختصاص دارد؛ ازاین‌رو، مؤلفه‌هایی از قبیل ثبت و شماره، نام کاتب، تاریخ کتابت، شمار تصاویر و تعداد اوراق و سطور را که در فهرست‌های اختصاصی و مشترک توصیف شده بررسی و مطالعه کرده‌ایم. پیش چشم داشتن این نکته که پژوهشگران و مصححان از مراجعه به فهرست‌ها ناگزیرند، اصلاح خطاها را ضرورت می‌بخشد. از رهگذر این مطالعه، تهیۀ فهرست منقح نسخه‌های خطی شاهنشاهنامه ممکن می‌شود و تصحیح متن و پژوهش‌های نسخه‌شناختی آن اعتبار می‌یابد. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با رویکرد تطبیقی بهره جسته‌ایم. برای این کار، نخست مؤلفه‌های نسخه‌شناختی هر دست‌نویس را از فهرست‌های اختصاصی و مشترک گردآوری و ثبت کرده‌ایم. سپس با اتکا به تصویر نسخه‌های خطی، هر مؤلفه را ارزیابی کرده‌ایم تا موارد ناصواب پیدا آید. برای سامان یافتن پژوهش، این فقرات را بر پایۀ مؤلفه‌های نسخه‌شناختی طبقه‌بندی کرده‌ایم و هر یک را با نام و نشان نسخه ذیل مؤلفه‌ای آورده‌ایم. ضمن اصلاح نیز کوشیده‌ایم به منشأ اشتباهات دست یابیم.
