تحلیل کارکردها و کاربردهای موقعیت داستانی: «مطالعۀ موردی: رمان شازده احتجاب»

چکیده

این پژوهش به کارکردها و کاربردهای موقعیت داستانی می‌پردازد و نشان می‌دهد موقعیت، فراتر از جنبۀ پس‌زمینه‌ایِ خود می‌تواند نقشی فعّال، به‌عنوان عنصری تأثیرگذار، در داستان داشته باشد. موقعیت داستانی، هم در شکل‌گیری لایه‌های معنایی داستان مشارکت می‌کند و هم در ساخت‌یابیِ ساختار آن دخیل است. درک حال و هوای داستان نیز ممکن است به‌طور مستقیم وابسته به موقعیت داستانی باشد. گاهی موقعیت، با تحت تأثیر قرار دادن شخصیت‌ها، بر فرآیند رشد یا سرکوب آن‌ها نقش دارد. همچنین، در مواردی، با ایجاد تنش و کشمکش برای شخصیت‌ها بر طرح داستان تأثیر می‌گذارد. موقعیت داستانی، در بسیاری از داستان‌ها، جنبه‌ای نمادین یا استعاری پیدا می‌کند و می‌تواند بر ایده‌ها و مضمون‌های کلّی‌تر داستان دلالت داشته باشد. در رمان شازده احتجاب نیز موقعیت داستانی نقشی مهم و اساسی دارد؛ تا آنجا که به‌اندازۀ شخصیت‌ها و گاهی بیش از آن‌ها در شکل‌گیری روایت‌های درونِ رمان دخالت دارد. سرنوشت شخصیت‌های داستان شازده احتجاب، چه در گذشته و چه در اکنونِ داستان، به‌شدت به موقعیت گره خورده است؛ به‌نحوی‌که رها شدن از یک موقعیت به معنای تغییری بزرگ در زندگی شخصیت‌ها تلقی می‌گردد. پرسش اساسی این پژوهش آن است که موقعیت داستانی چه کارکردها و کاربردهایی در داستان می‌تواند داشته باشد؟ سپس، به‌عنوان مطالعه‌ای موردی، در پی آن است که نقش موقعیت را در داستان شازده احتجاب بررسی کند و درنهایت نشان می‌دهد در این رمان، موقعیت داستانی عنصری است که اهمیت ساختاری و معنایی دارد.

چکیده [English]

This study explored the multifaceted role of setting in Golshiri’s novel Shahzadeh Ehtejab. The main purpose was to show the implicit and explicit impacts of setting on different aspects of story, including meaning making, audience immersion, making space, and foregrounding common cultural aspects. Taking the purpose into account, the study tried to see the impacts of the setting on the structure and meaning of the novel Shahzadeh Ehtejab? Taking a descriptive-analytical method, the analysis of semantic, thematic, and structural elements of the novel were analyzed. The analysis of these elements of the story showed that setting in the modern stories is considered a fundamental and necessary element. It showed how the past and present lives of characters are inevitably intertwined with their surrounding environments, so that any small changes in the setting impacts the identity of characters, shapes their desires and motivations, directs their choices in a certain way, and helps determining their destiny.
